Pet Odor Removal

Pet odor that won’t go away?
We treat the source, not just the surface.

Pet urine soaks through carpet into the subfloor. Treating only what you can see leaves the source untouched. BioSweep treats the floor where the odor lives.

Covering the smell does not solve the issue

DO NOT SEAL THE SUBFLOOR

Urine soaks through carpet and padding into the subfloor. The molecular process behind the BioSweep Treatment will permanently eliminate the odor.

The problem
Pet urine is tricky

Urine soaks through carpet and padding into the subfloor. Once it’s in the wood or concrete, cleaning or replacing carpet will not be enough to remove the smell. DO NOT PAINT OVER THE SUBFLOOR.

The fix
How BioSweep handles it

When the carpet and pad are pulled and the subfloor is exposed, BioSweep’s five-stage process eliminates the urea and uric acid molecules in the wood or concrete itself. Once we do this, you can safely put new carpet or flooring back without the worry about urine smell returning.

How it works

FAQ

Questions Chicagoland homeowners ask

Do I need to remove the carpet first?
For a guaranteed result, yes. The urine has soaked through into the subfloor. If the carpet and pad stay in place, we cannot reach the source. Without subfloor access we’ll cut our price in half, treat everything we can, and tell you upfront that we cannot extend the written guarantee.
Will the BioSweep Treatment remove years-old pet urine?
Yes. The age of the urine doesn’t matter to the molecular process. What matters is whether we can reach the molecules. Exposed subfloor = full guarantee. Sealed under paint or new flooring = the 50% reduced-price option and no guarantee.
Multiple pets in the same home?
Same treatment, same result. The molecular process is identical whether the source is one dog or several cats. We size our treatment to the square footage involved.
Do dander and animal odor work the same way?
It is the same treatment, but if it isn’t a urine issue then you won’t have to replace the flooring prior to our service.
