Will my insurance cover the BioSweep Treatment?

Often yes. We provide written estimates and documentation suitable for insurance claim filings. Many Chicagoland restoration claims include odor remediation as a line item once the property owner raises it. We can also work with you directly if you prefer to not make an insurance claim.

When during the restoration process should we call?

Right away. We want to make sure that we can help you get back to your space as efficiently as possible.

Can you treat a partial home or a single room?

Yes, but it may change our warranty. Ideally, we’d like to treat the entire structure so we can guarantee that the fire smoke odor will not return.

Does it work for a fire in a multi-unit building?

Yes. Treatment of common areas and other units affected by the fire is available. We would have to schedule a time where all tenants can stay elsewhere for the duration of the BioSweep Treatment. We can eliminate the fire smoke odor from an entire multi-unit building in a 48-72 hour window.

What about trauma scenes or hoarding cleanup?

We do not provide any physical cleaning for these situations. However, if cleaning is done and an odor remains, then we can eliminate the lingering odor from either a trauma scene or a hoarder.
