HOW DOES THE BIOSWEEP EQUIPMENT WORK?
BioSweep technology is used for odor removal, surface decontamination, and bacteria elimination. BioSweep deploys a proven technology called advanced photo-catalytic oxidation to produce simultaneous, interrelated forms of oxidation to eradicate airborne and surface contaminants. No, BioSweep equipment does not use any chemicals – simply the existing oxygen and hydrogen in the air. The BioSweep Treatment is 100% environmentally safe!

Our average treatment time is between 10-15 hours for homes, apartments, and offices.
Vehicles usually range from 2-3 hours.

The BioSweep Treatment leaves a clean, fresh scent that gradually diminishes within a week depending upon conditions.

One BioSweep Treatment will remove all odors caused by organic materials. In the unlikely event that odors do linger, we will typically perform a second treatment at no extra charge.

No. BioSweep can ONLY be safely operated in vacant or unoccupied spaces.
The BioSweep Treatment CANNOT be performed when humans, pets, and/or plants are present in the indoor treatment area.

DO NOT PAINT BEFORE THE BIOSWEEP TREATMENT. Paint is porous, and simply painting over tobacco smoke damage will not eliminate the odor. This also makes it harder for us to remove 100% of the odor because our vapor will not be able to directly treat the smoke damaged walls. However, we can still be successful if paint is applied before our treatment.

We are not an air duct cleaning service. However, the BioSweep Treatment will go through your HVAC system and decontaminate and deodorize your air ducts. It is always beneficial to have your air ducts cleaned, but it is not always necessary to do when we perform our service.

Yes, but the carpet and padding of the source area must be removed prior to the BioSweep Treatment so that we can treat the subflooring. New carpet and padding should be installed after the treatment is complete.
